Chef Scott Popovic, a Cleveland native and nationally recognized chef, is chef-partner at Vita Urbana in Battery Park. Previously, for eight years he toured the globe as corporate chef for Certified Angus Beef brand, and you absolutely have to try his beef popcorn. Before that, Popovic worked as chef at XO Prime Steaks, Fire and other fine restaurants.
