Executive Team

Polly Mytinger - President

Polly Mytinger received her BFA at Stephens College in Columbia, MO. Raised in Kansas City, she moved to Cleveland in 2014 and currently works in development at moCa Cleveland. Polly joined The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club because of its dedication to giving back to the community, and for the opportunity to network with other young professionals. In her spare time, she enjoys trying new restaurants, going to the movies, playing board games, and exploring the “Events Near You” tab on Facebook.*

Melinda McNutt- President Elect

Melinda is a sales and marketing professional with a background in community and economic development. Most recently, she worked with manufacturers and tech companies to develop the Smart Manufacturing Cluster of Northeast Ohio and the Additive Manufacturing Cluster of Ohio, serving as the Membership Director until joining GIE Media to represent their B2B publications that cover the design and manufacturing of the automotive, aerospace, and medical industries.  

Melinda has collaborated with and consulted for several organizations, including the United Way of Greater Cleveland, the Small Business Development Center, and in 2015, she was Campaign Director for the Civic Development Corporation of Ashtabula County. In this position, she managed a capital campaign raising $1.6 million to enhance the quality of life in the community.

Melinda was the Social Director for the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club  previously planning their monthly Around Town networking event which attracts 100+ attendees each month. She formerly served as a City Advocate with the Downtown Cleveland Alliance and as a member of the Engage! Cleveland Leadership Council.*

Devney Ayers - Secretary

Devney is a teacher passionate about helping others learn and achieve their dreams. She has accepted the position of Club Secretary and looks forward to continuing to collaborate and share ideas. 

Devney has spent her career at Bellefaire JCB’s Monarch Transitional Education Program (MTEP), teaching technology skills to young adults on the autism spectrum. Devney holds two masters degrees, M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction, and M.OD in Organizational Development and Change. 

Devney is excited to use her education and experience to help CrowdDoing as a Leadership Development Instructional Designer volunteer with Nature Counter. She will be developing the curriculum and determining best practices to educate the public on the many benefits of being in nature. 

In her free time, Devney loves to attend concerts, especially in the country genre and her favorite artists are Jimmy Eat World, Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan and Florida Georgia Line.

Mike Vuraich - Treasurer

Mike Vuraich is a graduate of Ohio University where he majored in Accounting and Sports Management. Born and raised on the East Side of Cleveland, he is a Senior Manager in the Assurance Department for BDO USA, LLP, an international accounting and advisory firm.

He has served as Treasurer for two years and joined The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club to connect, both professionally and socially, with other young professionals throughout the city and to make a positive impact in the community.

Outside of work and being involved in external organizations, Mike enjoys cheering on Cleveland’s sports teams and traveling.

Carly Boyd - General Counsel

Carly Boyd, originally of Dublin, Ohio attended the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign studying broadcast journalism and television production before attending law school at Case Western Reserve University. She is currently employed at Cordell Cordell, focusing her practice on domestic relations involving divorce, custody, support matters and litigation.

She joined The 20/30 Club as a transplant from outside Cleveland, wanting to connect with the city and meet young professionals. The Cleveland 20/30 Club provided her the opportunity to explore restaurants and galleries while learning about the community.

Outside of her professional career and The 20/30 Club, Carly trains for triathlons and is an ally of Cleveland PFLAG. She is a board member of Providence House. She currently lives on the Westside and has enjoyed exploring the Metroparks with her dog, Clancy.

Ahmed Abdelrasoul - Education Director

Ahmed Abdelrasoul is a graduate of Duke University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Economics.  He is employed in the financial services industry.

Ahmed has a passion for the arts, philanthropy, sports, and traveling.  He enjoys meeting people and learning about new cultures.

Ahmed believes that the 20/30 Club is a great venue for meeting young professionals in the Cleveland area.  He appreciates the club’s commitment to organizing great events in areas such as professional development and service to the community.

Arthur Henke - Marketing Director

Arthur Henke is currently Marketing and Communications Manager at moCa Cleveland where has enjoyed a career for 4 years. In this role he oversees the institution's marketing strategy. Working closely with the Creative Director, his work helps to align moCa’s messaging with brand and strategic goals. A graduate of Ohio University’s Scripps College of Communication, Henke’s background includes digital marketing for Cleveland area artists and arts organizations including Multiple Exposure, The Ohio Advisory Group to the National Museum of Women in the Arts, and The Arts and Culture Action Committee. In 2016 he worked as a Field Organizer for political campaigns in Ohio and California, including Bernie 2016 where he spoke before Senator Bernie Sanders at a Lancaster, CA rally with over 2,000 in attendance. His higher education includes studies at Bennington College. He lives in Lakewood with his girlfriend Abbey and their two cats Savannah and Maeby.

Mike Mitro - Membership Director

"Michael Mitro is a graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio where he majored in finance.  He currently works in the real estate industry at Goldberg Companies Inc. where he oversees the daily operations of one of their residential communities. 

Michael joined the Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club back in 2017 with the goal of expanding his own social and professional networks within the city of Cleveland. 

In his free time, Michael is an avid sports fan who loves his Cleveland sports teams.  When not rooting for the Browns, he enjoys traveling all over the country to visit friends and family in their respective cities. "

Courtney Lee- Philanthropy Director

Courtney was born and raised in Cleveland.  She holds a B.A. with double majors in psychology and criminal justice and currently works as a legal conflicts analyst.  

Courtney joined the Cleveland 20/30 Club to meet new people, give back to the community, and explore new destinations around Cleveland. As Philanthropy Director, she hopes to help spotlight some of Cleveland's local nonprofits and make a positive impact on the community.

In her free time, Courtney enjoys traveling, yoga, reading, live music and theater. She is also a member of Partners, the young professionals group of Playhouse Square.

Melvin Reyes - Technology Director

Melvin Reyes is a graduate of John Carroll University where he majored in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship. He was born and raised on the West Side of Cleveland, and currently holds the Director of Information Technology position at Seasoned Brands. 

Melvin has previously served on the Lake County United Way Evaluation and Investment Panel and as a Board Member of the American Heart Association Heart Walk.  He is a member of the Restaurant Technology Network and can be found around town promoting new restaurants, special events, and discovering the hidden gems.*

Dan Basco - Social Director

Jeff Ryder - Sponsorship Director

Jeff Ryder is originally from Le Claire, Iowa and moved to Cleveland in 2013. Jeff has a BA double major in Drama and International Relations from Tufts University as well as an MPA focusing in Nonprofit Management from the Levin College at Cleveland State University. He has worked at the Cleveland Play House in a variety of roles since 2013 and is currently the Foundation & Major Gifts Director.

Jeff also serves as the Young Professionals Board Chair for the Cleveland Kids’ Book Bank. The YP Board organizes fundraising and volunteer events in support of the Kids’ Book Bank’s mission to provide free books to children in need in Cleveland. Jeff previously served on the board of the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Cleveland.*
