The CEO Dinner series is one of the organization's longest standing institutions. Professional Members have the opportunity to join local C-suite and high level executive leaders for a private dinner. These events are intentionally limited to 10-20 people so everyone has a chance to listen, learn, share and grow together through honest discussion. The speakers represent a wide range of companies and industries, both big and small. Cost to attend is $35, which includes dinner and non-alcoholic beverages at Taza Lebanese Grill. A cash bar is available.
About the CEO
Constance Hill-Johnson (Connie) is the Owner and Managing Director of Visiting Angels Living Assistance Services in Cleveland Ohio. Visiting Angels is an in-home service provider assisting the elderly and older adults to live as independently as possible by remaining safely in their own familiar home environment.
Now a seasoned entrepreneur, Connie started her business in 2002, and has
successfully served hundreds of seniors throughout the greater Cleveland area and surrounding communities. She spent many years working in both the financial
services and healthcare arena. A graduate of Case Western Reserve University and The University of Southern California, Connie is regarded as both a dynamic
motivational leader and speaker who shares with audiences her entrepreneurial
journey owning a homecare agency and as an adult caregiver caring for a mother
with dementia.
Her commitment to the community is unwavering. She is the first African
American woman to serve as Board Chairperson for The Cleveland Foundation, the oldest community foundation in the country. The Cleveland Magazine named her one of 2024’s Most Interesting People and Crain’s Cleveland Business recognized her in 2023 as a Notable Nonprofit Board Leader. In 2020 she was honored as a YWCA Greater Cleveland Woman of Achievement winner and in 2017 honored as a Crain’s Women of Note. She also serves on the board of the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging (BRIA) and is actively involved in other community and civic organizations. She is one of the architects of The Soul of Philanthropy Cleveland & Celebrate Those Who Give Black, exhibits which reframe how philanthropy looks in the African American community.
