The CEO Dinner series is one of the Club's longest standing institutions. Each month our Professional Members have the opportunity to join the CEO of a local company for a private dinner. These events are intentionally limited to 12 people so everyone has an opportunity to share in a robust and inclusive discussion. Attendees can make connections not only with the CEO, but also with the other driven young professionals in attendance. The CEOs represent a wide range of companies and industries and whether big or small, public or private, well-known or niche, good conversation is had by all.

About A.J. Hyland :

A.J. Hyland is the retired president and chief executive officer for Hyland Software, Inc. A.J. joined HSI in 1993 and has held various positions throughout the company since then. He was part of the quality assurance team until 1995 and then moved into the sales department. In 1997, A.J. was promoted to president of Hyland Software. In 2001, he was promoted to CEO. A.J. retired from Hyland Software in January, 2013.

A.J. serves on the Board of Directors for Hyland Software, Walsh University and Cleveland Playhouse Square. He served on the Board of Directors of the Association for Information and Image Management (AIIM) for 5 years and was chair of the association in 2004. He was welcomed into AIIM’s Company of Fellows in 2005.  

A.J. earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Georgetown University. He and his wife Tricia have five children.
