Since 1981, Providence House has been committed to keeping kids safe and families together. Offering emergency shelter and services to nearly 400 children newborn through twelve years old each year, Providence House protects at-risk children and supports families through crisis, strengthening communities to end child abuse and neglect.
The programs and services delivered by Providence House are designed to provide children safety and comfort in a home-like setting while they connect families to partner community organizations to stabilize family crisis, improve parenting skills, and ensure long-term self-sufficiency. Since they opened our doors, they have had the opportunity to serve over 8,000 families in crisis. For more information visit provhouse.org.
Providence House will host the 20/30 Club on July 13th for a Done in a Day project! 20/30 Club members will complete a campus project (donation inventory/sorting, landscaping, weeding, etc.) and also take a tour of our campus to learn about our organization and services.
We suggest wearing anything that allows for mobility and comfort since you will be moving around the campus. Water will be provided (but please feel free to bring your own snacks) and there is parking on-site. If the parking lot is full, there is plenty of free street parking available as well.
