The CEO Dinner series is one of the organization's longest standing institutions. Attendees have the opportunity to join local C-suite and high level executive leaders for a private dinner. These events are intentionally limited to 10-20 people so everyone has a chance to listen, learn, share and grow together through honest discussion. The speakers represent a wide range of companies and industries, both big and small.

Cost to attend this limited seating event is $50, which includes dinner and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on your own tab, if desired. We're excited to host this event at The Aviator's private dining space.

About the CEO

Megan Gillum is President and CEO of Malley’s Chocolates, one of Northeast Ohio’s most beloved and recognizable brands. As the first non-family member to lead the company in its more than 90-year history, Megan is guiding Malley’s into an exciting new chapter while preserving the traditions and community connections that have made it a Cleveland institution since 1935.

With nearly two decades of experience in consumer-packaged goods, retail strategy, and business leadership, Megan brings a wealth of expertise in driving innovation and organizational growth. Before joining Malley’s in 2024 as Vice President of Retail Strategy and Operations, she held leadership roles at American Greetings, where she developed extensive experience in analytics, merchandising, and strategic planning. She was named President of Malley’s in 2025 and assumed the additional role of CEO in 2026.

Today, Megan oversees the company’s operations, including 18 retail locations across Northeast Ohio, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience, expanding product innovation, and positioning the iconic brand for long-term success. A Cleveland native at heart, Megan is passionate about the region and the opportunity to lead a company that has been part of generations of Northeast Ohio families.
