Try a new workout and join us for an exercise class at Burn Boot Camp!
Burn Boot Camp workouts are designed to maximize your results in just 45 minutes with an even mix of challenging exercises, unique programming and a fun atmosphere.
Workouts may vary from high intensity to strength training and take place on a proprietary Floating Floor with individualized attention in a group fitness setting.
This class is free for Professional Members and $5 for Social Members. Be sure to register on the website as space is limited!
Participants need workout attire, athletic shoes, and a water bottle is recommended.
Parking is available on site.
