Paul Fox is the President and CEO of Skylight Financial Group.

 He graduated from the University of Ulster in Coleraine, Northern Ireland with a Bachelor of Arts (Honor) in banking and finance.  He emigrating to the US in 1994 from Belfast, Ireland, arriving in Cleveland, Ohio.

 He began his financial services career in 1996 with American Express, where he developed his basic financial planning knowledge.  In 2000, Paul joined Skylight Financial Group where he was instrumental in the development of the current financial planning model and the current infrastructure of the firm. Additionally, Paul has been nationally ranked as a sales manager with Skylight’s parent company, Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual).

In 2007, Paul took over as the President and CEO of Skylight Financial Group, where he has continued to grow the firm into one of the largest locally-grown financial planning firms in Ohio.  Under his leadership, the firm has received multiple honors throughout the years, including the MassMutual Gold Bowl in 2011, which is the highest honor an agency can receive. These awards recognize such areas as production, retention, development of new planners, and growth over the prior year.  Also, as a result of Paul’s leadership, Skylight Financial Group has been recognized as a Top Workplace by the Cleveland Plain Dealer four consecutive years, and named to the North Coast 99 in 2012.  Paul also serves as an officer of the MassMutual General Agents Association.

 He is on the board of directors for Cleveland Clinic Lutheran Hospital and MOCA (Cleveland’s Museum of Contemporary Art).
