...Take a Hike, presented by Dollar Bank, offers five, free, guided walking tours of five distinct neighborhoods in downtown Cleveland. Tours explore the Gateway District, Warehouse District, Civic Center, Playhouse Square neighborhood and Canal Basin Park in the Flats. Each tour lasts approximately one and a half hours in length and features actors and actresses portraying historic figures from Cleveland’s past. Over 18,000 people have enjoyed 'taking a hike' to date. Mind you, 'taking a hike' is more like taking a leisurely stroll."
We will meet inside the Arcade Building at the doors on the Euclid. Suggested parking can be found across from Quicken Loans Arena between Huron Road and Prospect Avenue, in the parking garage of 200 Public Square on Superior Avenue or in the 515 Euclid garage at the corner of East 6th Street and Euclid Avenue.”
Although the tour is technically free, donations in the amount of $5 to the Take a Hike program are strongly encouraged. The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club will make a donation on behalf of all paid Club members who attend. The Club will charge Social members $5 to attend, which will in turn be donated on their behalf.
