Join us for our March hike exploring a part of North Chagrin Reservation - AB Williams Memorial Forest. AB Williams offers two main attractions: old-growth hardwood trees and chickadee birds. The forest has beeches, maples, and other tree species that are over 400 years old, which is why it is included on the list of National Natural Landmarks.
AB Williams also has a small shelter house situated on an overlook within the forest. Chickadees congregate around this shelter house because it is a popular spot for hand feeding them. The Club will provide sunflower seeds for all the hikers to participate in this unique experience with nature.
