The CEO Dinner series is one of the Club's longest standing institutions. Each month our Professional Members have the opportunity to join the CEO of a local company for a private dinner. These events are intentionally limited to 12 people so everyone has an opportunity to share in a robust and inclusive discussion. Attendees can make connections not only with the CEO, but also with the other driven young professionals in attendance. The CEOs represent a wide range of companies and industries and whether big or small, public or private, well-known or niche, good conversation is had by all.

About Brinton Lincoln: Principal at Rustbelt Reclamation

Brinton is both a principal partner and the executive vice president in charge of Operations for Rustbelt Reclamation; a custom and standard line furniture design and manufacturing company that constructs its products out of wood reclaimed from industrial, residential, and agricultural buildings earmarked for demolition. In his role Brinton is intimately involved in all aspects of the company’s dealings and is directly responsible for leading its operational activities, managing its human resources, spearheading its strategic business development and attending to its administrative needs.

Before starting Rustbelt Reclamation Brinton served our nation for thirteen-plus years in the officer corps of the United States Air Force. As a Pararescueman and Combat Rescue Officer, Brinton deployed on eleven occasions in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM, Operation IRAQI FREEDOM, and other Global War On Terrorism initiatives. For the last two years of his military career, Brinton served as the Director of Operations within the 724 Special Tactics Group located at Pope Air Force Base, NC. In this role he led all facets of the dynamic 370-person organization including coordination and synchronization of unit operations, logistics, and administration. Brinton established and enforced standards for the total force and was responsible for the professional development of all service members. Moreover, he oversaw the Group’s annual budget of approximately $23M.

Brinton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado with an emphasis in financial management. While in the military, he earned a Master degree in Political Science from the University of Oklahoma with emphasis in International Relations. After separating from the service Brinton earned a Master of Business Administration from Case Western Reserve University.

When not working, Brinton very much enjoys contributing his time and energy to philanthropic and educational endeavors. He serves as an active board member for The Centers for Families and Children, the Cleveland Chapter of the American Red Cross, Hawken School, and the G.R.

Lincoln Family Foundation. A Cleveland native, Brinton relishes in spending time with his wife and their three young children.
