The Cleveland 20-30 Club & Plexus LGBTQ+ Young Professionals Committee invites you to this special edition QEO Dinner (Queer Executive Officer) —an evening of connection, conversation, and inspiration.

We'll sit down with our host, Renee Martinez, at her beautiful and inspiring creative space, WovenSmart in Lakewood.

This intimate evening brings together LGBTQ+ and allied emerging professionals for dinner, conversation, and connection in a space designed to spark creativity and calm. No awkward networking. No formal presentations. Just real talk, good food, and genuine connection.

Our guest for the evening is Renee Martinez, a dynamic speaker, multidisciplinary artist, entrepreneur, and founder of WovenSmart. With over 20 years of experience in branding, design, and strategy, Renee helps people and organizations unlock creativity, embrace innovation, and grow with intention. Her work blends arts-based practices, human-centered strategy, and experience-led marketing, delivering insights that are both inspiring and highly actionable.

Whether you’re a recent grad, early in your career, or navigating your next professional chapter, this QEO Dinner offers a welcoming space to connect with peers, share ideas, and leave feeling energized and inspired.

This event is being hosted by the Plexus LGBT + Allied Chamber of Commerce in partnership with the Cleveland Professional 20-30 Club. The event is open to all. 

Cost - $40 for Plexus members and $45 for non-members. All members of the 20-30 Club are welcome to attend. Registration will be handled directly through the Plexus website.
