Christina Allio works for The J.M. Smucker Co. as an Assistant Brand Manager. She has been with Smucker for three years and is a graduate of John Carroll University’s Boler College of Business. In her spare time, she serves on the Leadership Team for the Young Professionals of the American Cancer Society in Cleveland. She's been a volunteer with ACS for eight years and has held several leadership positions. Recently, she was selected as one of the 100+ Latinos Cleveland Must Know in 2023.
Emily Brunkalla | Manager, Donor Experience
Emily currently serves as the Manager of Donor Experience at United Way of Greater Cleveland. She also works for the Arc of Ohio as a Direct Service Provider. Emily has a Bachelor of Arts in Music (French horn) from Baldwin Wallace University. Inspired by her sister, Emily volunteers at GiGi’s Playhouse. In 2021, Emily was diagnosed with alopecia. Undeterred, she has turned her adversity into advocacy, raising awareness of the autoimmune disease and supporting the recently diagnosed.
Leah Cordy | CEO & Founder
Leah Cordy is the Founder & CEO of Hope's Landing, a nonprofit social enterprise that employs survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence. After working at a women's safe house, she was inspired to find new ways to help survivors get back on their feet, and thus Hope's Landing was born. She earned both a BA and MBA from Heidelberg University and currently also works for Geenex Solar as the Director of Community Relations.
Paige Crawford | Program Coordinator, Student Basic Needs Grant
Paige Crawford was born in Cleveland and raised in East Cleveland, OH. Paige graduated sixth in her high school class of 100 students. She went on to graduate one year early from Bowling Green State University in 2015 with her bachelor's degree in journalism. Since then, Paige has earned two master’s degrees and has joined several community organizations across Cleveland. Paige attributes all her success to her mother, who has always motivated her to be self-less in her work of helping others.
Daniel DiDonato | Supervisor, Creative Services
Daniel DiDonato is a supervisor of Creative Services at Cardinal Health—a global, integrated healthcare services and products company that ranks among the top 25 on the Fortune 500. In his current role, Daniel oversees design for the at-Home Solutions business within the Medical segment and is responsible for the visual representation of the Edgepark and Cardinal Health at-Home brands across all touchpoints from concept to completion.
Katy started her career at Zimmer in Warsaw, Indiana, as a Design Quality Engineer. Over the next few years, she held various quality engineering roles in the medical device industry. In 2020, she re-joined Zimmer Biomet as a Senior Design Quality Engineer, transitioned to an Assoc. Quality Manager in 2021, and then a Quality Manager in 2022. She currently is an interim Lead in Design Quality Engineering, directing a team of engineers on new product launches and strategic alliances.
Meganne Evans | School Performances Coordinator |
Meganne Evans is a theater administrator from Youngstown, OH. While earning her BFA in Theater at Youngstown State University, she worked at SMARTS Community Art School, volunteered 60 hours per year as a part of the Honors College, and participated in multiple productions as a performer and stage manager. After graduating summa cum laude in May 2023, Meganne now works at Playhouse Square, coordinating school performances for the Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

Wesam Helou | Associate Vice President & Chief Information Officer
Wesam Helou is the Associate Vice President & Chief Information Officer at Cleveland State University seamlessly navigating the digital landscape, shaping and securing the online experience for students, faculty, staff, and community members. In addition, Wesam most recently was appointed as Interim Associate Vice President for Facilities where he oversees the vast physical campus summing over 85 acres – the largest footprint in downtown Cleveland – with over 40 buildings used for teaching, research, housing, administration, and recreation. Wesam is also pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus in Information Technology at CSU.

Eli joined the VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System as a Health System Specialist through the Presidential Management Fellows program in May 2022. In this role, he assists the executive leadership team with initiatives surrounding strategic planning, project management, facility operations, budget analysis, and more. Eli also is a member of the Kent State University National Alumni Board, Young Professionals Council of the NEO American Red Cross, and on the Associate Board for A Kid Again.

Susan Kuilder is on The Board for The Circle, friends of the Cleveland Orchestra. She is a member of the Cleveland Council on World Affairs, serving on their Young Professionals Advisory Committee and as a Citizen Diplomat. She devotes her time to the advisory panel for Pope's Cocktails, managing social media for The Vatican, and creating interactive experiences as an emcee for Real Popfusion. Dani Mihalcea currently serves as the main Researcher for the Cleveland Foundation. In her role, she works to develop strategic research processes and is also Chair of the foundation's NextGen Committee. She holds both a bachelor's and master's degree in international relations from CSU. She is currently pursuing her MPA at CSU. Additionally, Dani serves on the boards of Ohio Prospect Research Network on the Young Professional Advisory Council for the Cleveland Council on World Affairs.
Bethany Monteiro | Community Outreach Education Coach
Bethany Monteiro is a trauma-informed care programs creator and facilitator. A Peace Corps Alumna with a B.A. in Neuroscience. She had been managing and directing local, nonprofit programs up until autumn 2023, when she enthusiastically joined The MetroHealth System's Trauma Recovery Center. She currently works at MetroHealth, volunteers at community events, advocates for mental health care, serves on community boards, mentors youth, and provides international trauma-informed care consulting.
Jasmine Moses currently works for Starting Point where she is a Regional Resource Coordinator for the Universal Pre-Kindergarten program. Jasmine has always loved her work with children and families. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Interprofessional Leadership: Curriculum and Instruction with a focus on ECE and is set to defend in August of 2024. She enjoys being able to connect with site administrators, teachers, families, and children as she works to advocate for the ECE field.

Dr. Her currently serves as Vice President of Clinical Compliance at Motivo Health. Dr. Her is an advocate for social workers entering non-traditional roles; she frequently presents at universities and conferences, shedding light on the invaluable contributions of social workers in the tech space. Additionally, she serves as a Mental Health Advocate and Consultant, leveraging technology to address mental well-being needs through self-help guides and journals.
William is an Associate at Marcus and Millichap, and is a member of the Healthcare Real Estate Group where he specializes in the sales of veterinary and dental buildings. He is a native Clevelander, and a graduate of Holy Cross College in Notre Dame, Indiana, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Business and served as both Student Body President and as a Resident Assistant. In his free time, he enjoys sailing on Lake Erie and spending time with his family.
