MedWish International is a nonprofit organization that saves lives and the environment by repurposing surplus medical supplies and equipment to provide humanitarian aid to people in need.

HOW TO SIGN UP: Please read these steps carefully. We ask that all volunteers sign up 48 hours or earlier prior to the volunteer shift.
STEP ONE: Please complete the online registration for any new MedWish volunteers. This step involves completing our online waiver. Once you complete this step, you will remain in our volunteer database for any future volunteer opportunities. CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP.
Once you click the link above, click “sign up” in the top right corner. Follow the required prompts.
If you are a returning MedWish volunteer, you do not need to create a new account. You will simply go to step two. A reset password link is under the login button if you cannot remember the password.
FOR MINORS: Anyone under the age of 18 needs to have a parent/guardian sign the electronic online waiver.
STEP TWO: Please click the JOIN TEAM LINK HERE and log in with the email/password you used to create your volunteer profile. Once you log in you will see the team information (team name, date/time, etc.). Scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the “JOIN TEAM BUTTON”. This will reserve your spot on the date/time your team is volunteering.

A few friendly reminders:
· We have a STRICT closed-toed/heel shoe policy. Our warehouse does not permit sandals, openings, slides, crocs, etc. for safety purposes.
· Our address is 1625 East 31st Street, Cleveland, Ohio 44114. We have a large MedWish parking lot directly next to our office. Street parking is also available.
· We have a virtual doorbell. Ring the bell, and state you are here to volunteer over the microphone. Once the door buzzes, PULL the door open.
· Enter the volunteer orientation room on the left-hand side. All volunteers will check in with me before we get started.
