The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club invites you to participate in a event at the International Women's Air & Space Museum.  Enjoy the following program led by Marcy Frumker, an International Women's Air & Space Museum Trustee and space advisor. A boxed meal will also be included.

Women in the Early U.S. Space Program - "Women can be Astronauts" headlines the extended remarks of West Virginian Representative Ken Hechler on Thursday, March 15, 1962, during the 87th U.S. Congressional Session. However, it took another 20 years before Sally Ride became the first American woman in space. Join IWASM to explore the lasting legacy of the women who became known as the "Mercury 13." Learn about the role these women played in the history of the American space program, and how they paved the way for current roles within space and NASA.

Additionally, there will be a tour of the museum.

Deadline to register is Monday, March 28, 2022.

Please Note: Unless actively eating or drinking, all guests are asked to wear a mask regardless of vaccination status in line with airport guidelines. Visit www.iwasm.org to plan your visit and review how IWASM is working to keep our friends, neighbors and communities safe.
