Cindy Ankrom will guide us through some yoga history, beginner stretches, and meditation. Cindy has been practicing yoga for nearly 15 years and teaching for 5. She loves it because it gets her out of her head and into her breath and movement. It also reminds her that she is stronger than she realizes.

After class, enjoy networking with mimosas and snacks with other YP's! Make sure to wear proper athletic clothing and bring a yoga mat. Please arrive by 9:45 AM so we can start on time. Hope to see you there!
