Orangetheory is a five zone heart rate based interval training class and instructor led. They will provide each guest with a heart rate monitor for your first session, which will track the amount of minutes you have in each of the five zones throughout class. The classes switch between strength, endurance, and power, focusing on different exercises each day. It's a great way to get your heart rate up, challenge yourself, and have fun!
*****If this is your first ever Orangetheory class please arrive by 6:15 to get your heart rate monitor set up and talk with the coach!*****
This class is free for Professional Members and $5 for Social Members. Be sure to register on the website as space is limited to 10 members!
The registration cut-off is 6/11.
Participants need workout attire, athletic shoes, sweat towel and a water bottle is recommended.
Parking is available in the Gateway lot across the street, where Orangetheory can provide validation cards or on the street.
