Kick start your New Year 2019 and join us for a private exercise class at HIIT Boot Camp!
Challenge your aerobic and muscular endurance with this high intensity circuit class! Designed to keep your body guessing with high variety in movements, this 45 minute class combines bodyweight movements with intervals of cardio to push you as far as possible. Great for all levels, go at your own pace or modify with the Certified Personal Trainer leading the class. Wrap up the workout with a cool down stretch to jump start your recovery!
This class is free for Professional Members and $5 for Social Members. Be sure to register on the website as space is limited!
Participants need workout attire, athletic shoes, and a water bottle is recommended. The gym has towels and shower/steam room facilities if desired.
The gym is located inside the Marriott attached to Key Tower.
Parking is available in the Memorial Plaza garage (attached to the building) and we validate for 2 hours free parking.
