The CEO Dinner series is one of the Club's longest standing institutions. Each month our Professional Members have the opportunity to join the CEO of a local company for a private dinner. These events are intentionally limited to 12 people so everyone has an opportunity to share in a robust and inclusive discussion. Attendees can make connections not only with the CEO, but also with the other driven young professionals in attendance. The CEOs represent a wide range of companies and industries and whether big or small, public or private, well-known or niche, good conversation is had by all.

About Aparna Bole, MD: Division Chief of General Academic Pediatrics & Adolescent Medicine at University Hospitals

In addition to her duties with UH, Aparna is also the Rainbow’s Medical Director of Community Integration, in which capacity she leads efforts to build close partnerships with community organizations and stakeholders to enhance the well-being of patients and families at UH Rainbow Babies & Children’s and MacDonald Women’s Hospitals, and supports innovation in women’s and pediatric primary care delivery.  She is particularly interested in the intersection between environmental sustainability and pediatric public health. She serves on the American Academy of Pediatrics Council on Environmental Health Executive Committee (as the chair-elect), and the boards of Healthcare Without Harm, Practice Greenhealth (as board chair), and the Ohio Environmental Council.

Besides her two primary titles at UH, Bole remains a practicing pediatrician. She is active in the Cleveland community and champions projects that focus on climate change and air quality because of its impact on our community's most vulnerable population: children. This manifests as advocacy through health care operations, setting an example for local legislators and air quality control leaders.
