NOMINATION RULES & REGULATIONS AS STATED IN CLUB REGULATIONS
§ For questions/concerns about the responsibilities of each position, please contact the members of the Nominating Committee (firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com,firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com).
§ Candidates must have been actively involved and be a paid member in good standing. Questions of standing can be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
§ All terms are 2-year terms that begin on May 1, 2016 and conclude on April 30, 2018 (except the position of President-Elect, which is a 1-year term that immediately precedes a required subsequent 1-year term as President beginning on May 1, 2017).
§ The nominated candidate must agree to and sign the Statement of Board Expectations (attached to this application) before their candidacy is official and follow all Club Rules & Regulations while in Office.
§ The Club’s Nominating Committee will review all completed applications that comply with these rules and regulations and may contact applicants to schedule an in-person interview to discuss the applicant’s candidacy.
§ Official Board Elections will be conducted at a Meeting to be held on April 27th, 2016 at 6:00 PM EST. Location TBD. Notice of the Meeting will be provided according to the terms of the Club’s Code of Regulations.
